In both of these sessions we will hover - I love this word – it speaks to my spirit, it is gentle yet strong, waiting while working, dancing in harmony, it puts us in a space to be ready and to respond. In our sessions we will hover:
Hover is

We will explore, we will process, we will find light in the darkness, sense out of chaos, solve problems, create a safe space, be held and rest. We will notice and name, wonder and muse, reflect and be creative and most of all we will heal and recover and find ways to help others do the same.
